Work on the construction of Ta’ Maggi Industrial Park is at a very advanced stage. The roofing of the last floor is in its final stages, while the interior decorating and apertures of workshops on the intermediate and top floors is also registering very good progress. The major structural works are almost complete and final touches are being performed on lower floor workshops. The completion date of the Park as a whole is now well in sight.

Sixty per cent (60%) of the 80 units situated at Ta’ Maggi have been sold with 50% of these same units already being used for various commercial activities by their respective owners.

No expense is being spared in making this development a high tech one making the present owners and prospective buyers proud of their acquisition. A great deal of importance is being given towards security and accessibility to the premises, with the main aim being to facilitate the work carried out by various companies stationed at the Park. This increases the value added of the premises as a whole, making it more attractive to prospective buyers, as well as meeting the expectations of present owners.
